You know how you wake up one day and have to start squinting at the food labels in the supermarket?   You ignore it because, while it’s a natural part of ageing, we’re constantly being told not to do that, so we squint, hold things farther away and pretend we can see?   Eventually though, you get the glasses, and when you put them on you see things so clearly you wonder how you managed before? 

Well that’s what coaching is for your head; a pair of glasses that will give you clarity to see things better so you can see where you are going, adapt to change, make good decisions, fulfil a goal or ambition, or just manage your life in a way that really works for you. 

It is self-love.

It is self-investment. 

It is self-self-development.

It is smart, practical support for busy women.

Coaching is not counselling where we dwell on past issues.  We only look backwards to find your strengths and successes, but mostly we look forwards, to help you deal with a particular issue, or design a life you love.

Coaching is not mentoring where I tell you what the answers are.  I know the answers are in you, and my job is to ask you the right questions to find them.

You’ll be doing the work, but I’ll be poking you with a stick. Sorry, but that’s just the way it is.  You don’t hire a personal trainer, and then expect them to do your runs for you.  I won’t be asking you to get up at 5am and jog in the dark rain (unless of course that’s an action you decide is good for you).  I will be asking you though, to be open, be courageous, and be confident that you can find a path through whatever it is you need to work on.

Coaching is based on extensive, international results-based research and psychology whereby I will use powerful questions, models and techniques to open up your thinking, identify and illuminate self-limiting beliefs, and help you discover your own powerful potential.

You are unique. In your personality, your circumstances, and your dreams.

Coaching will help you see what is holding you back, identify the great assets you have, and help you bring the best version of you to the fore.

Coaching can be life-changing. Not in a ‘grabbing some mystical magic from the universe’ sort of way. But in a ‘grabbing the magic within you’ sort of way. Together we will open up your thoughts, beliefs and behaviours to become who you want, get what you want and live the life you want.

I have four life-changing signature programmes:

Balance: a short but sharp process where you move from being managed by your life, to managing your life (usually 2-3 weeks)

Unsticking: an inspiring process of getting unstuck from the rut, getting energised and moving from auto-pilot to revving in the driving seat (usually 3-4 weeks)

Self-discovery: discovering who you are and what you can be; moving from living in a fog, to embracing your life and having clarity on how you want to live (usually 2 months)

Direction: searching for those dreams hidden under the pile of laundry and creating a roadmap to fulfilling your purpose (usually 4 months)

Mid-age is not a diving board where you fall off into dark depths unable to swim or see.  

Mid-age is a spring board where you leap into the best part of your life.
